The historic Rockefeller Building was constructed as a YMCA in 1909 and gifted by John D. Rockefeller to the United States Navy.

The renovation project included historic preservation and transformation of the 92,781 SF into 86 new luxury apartments with restored plaster columns and beams, terrazzo, wood flooring, windows and new fitness center and club room for entertaining.

The building consists of a concrete structure, exterior masonry, terracotta and limestone sill. Renovations to the exterior included tucking, pointing and cleaning. Work also included a 29,537 SF addition for mixed use completes the city block.
