PROJECT ENGINEER
Purpose of the Position
Assisting the Project Manager with project startup, submittals, CPM schedules, buyout and subcontract agreements, schedule of values, base access procedures, administrative paperwork and files, communications to all project team members, payment applications, subcontractor/supplier payment applications, change orders, and overall assistance in project operations.
Education, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
1-5 years experience in commercial and federal government construction management or field engineering, B.S Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field experience.
CHIEF ESTIMATOR
Purpose of the Position
Plans, coordinates and directs the estimating functions, including administering operating budgets, staffing, work assignments, salary and performance reviews, etc. Develops and implements all department standards and procedures, and is responsible for review of all final estimates packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Education, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Associate degree in relevant field.; 8-10 years experience; Related Field experience
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Purpose of the Position
To carry out the Quality Control Program as defined by the contract.
Education, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Minimum 10 Years experience as Quality Control Manager with commercial and federal government construction contracts ranging from $1 M to $10M and higher; Must be CQC certified and a BS degree in Construction Management, engineering or related field experience is preferred.
SUPERINTENDENT
Purpose of the Position
Responsible for the overall planning, scheduling and supervision of all activities/resources and quality control of each project, ensuring project completion is under budget and on schedule.
Education, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
A high school diploma supplemented by some prior supervisory experience within the construction industry. Prior experience in a similar position and the ability to read the English language; blueprint reading, surveying and estimating skills, construction management, general carpentry skills preferred.
