• 401(k) Retirement Plan - Employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Retirement Plan on the next open enrollment date (1 January and 1 July) after they have completed one full year of service and attained age 21. VIRTEXCO participates in matching employees on a percentage basis. The matching percentage is determined annually by management.
  
  
• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Eligible employees of VIRTEXCO can share in the growth and profitability of the corporation. This is a non-contributing plan on the part of the employee.
