CORPORATE OFFICERS

	Robert H. Wells, CPC, LEED AP Chief Executive Officer Mr. Wells has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the College of Architecture at Virginia Tech. Mr. Wells is one of only 400 individuals nationwide to have earned the professional designation of Certified Professional Constructor (CPC). Although Mr Wells has held many offices in industry related organizations he is currently the Executive Director of Lynnhaven River NOW, on the Board of Directors, Crispus Attucks Theatre; and is Chairman of the School of Construction's Advisory Board at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. In addition, Mr. Wells is the recipient of the Volunteer of the Year by the Hampton Roads Corporate Volunteer Council.
	Donald P. Adams, LEED AP BD+C President Don has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 21 years of experience in construction. Don is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Concrete Institute, the Association of General Contractors, the Associated Builders & Contractors and the Director of the Tidewater Chapter of S.A.M.E. (Society of American Military Engineers).
	David S. Sterling Vice President Dave has a Bachelor degree from Lawrence University and 19 years experience. Dave is a member of the National Contract Management Association, three Associated General Contractors of America Committees, a former member of the 203th National Guard, former Vice President of Currents Construction and a Veteran of the United States Army.
	Kevin McBride Vice President- North Carolina Kevin has over 30 years commercial construction experience of which 8 years has been in Subcontracting and 22 years in General Contracting/Development. He has held the position of Estimator, Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Manager, Division Director, Corporate Secretary and Vice-President prior to assuming his current position in 2008 as Vice President - North Carolina with VIRTEXCO Corporation. Kevin has successfully completed projects in 12 states ranging from small renovations to major developments. Kevin's extensive experience in multiple aspects of construction from conception helps him in providing the leadership required for his current duties. It also gives him the resources to consistently deliver a quality product for our clients. As Regional Manager, Kevin is responsible for the daily management of human & material resources; subcontractor, client & regulatory agency interaction; site & project coordination; cost tracking & evaluation; technical & administrative support for all construction activities.
	Linda D. Mehne Corporate Secretary Linda has been an employee of VIRTEXCO Corporation since 1983. She provides high-level administrative and accounting support. She holds signatory responsibility for corporate papers as well as checks. Linda manages and reviews all accounting documents for subcontractors and supervises and coordinates the work of accounting department personnel. Linda has been an active member the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) since 1994 and currently serves as Treasurer of the Tidewater Area Chapter.
